Chia Breakfast Pudding

This is so simple it almost doesn’t deserve a post of its own. But this would not be a healthy blog without it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Almond Milk (Coconut Milk is also nice or a mix of the 2)
  • 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
  • A little Pure Vanilla Extract
  • Honey To Taste
  • Toppings: Banana, nuts, shaved coconut, berries, dark chocolate

Put all but the toppings into a cup, mix together and leave in the fridge over night… or for a few days.
