This is so simple it almost doesn’t deserve a post of its own. But this would not be a healthy blog without it.
- 1 Cup Almond Milk (Coconut Milk is also nice or a mix of the 2)
- 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
- A little Pure Vanilla Extract
- Honey To Taste
- Toppings: Banana, nuts, shaved coconut, berries, dark chocolate
Put all but the toppings into a cup, mix together and leave in the fridge over night… or for a few days.
